Boston <3

On Friday we went to Boston. That was a lot of fun...
We had the entire day in Boston, all by ourself and the whole gang and I was everywhere. Fenway (Bostons Red Sox), Harvard University/ Cambridge, City Hall etc.
(Thank God, somebody invented the tube system :D)

Starting the day with breakfast... Christoffer is eating some really sweet serial thing

it wasn't that much, and even though we were five people, we didn't manage to eat it all up :o



Later on we took the tube all across Boston, to the other side... doing some "shopping", I bough a calender... and I wish I bough the converse shoes :/


After some hours it was time for more food... this time at Hard Rock Cafe...



And Daniel took up this paper with a lot of names and addresses on and told us that it was his mailing list... to his friends and teachers. TEACHERS !?! He also had some revealing things to tell us... he's a bit criminal... but that's a story for later...



Of course did they buy those t-shirts...

Today... we did laundry and I was the laundry expert. (Thank you mom :D)
As I told you earlier it rained today. A lot, but now, at night time (it's 9:52 PM) it's actually really nice. No rain, almost, and it's kind of hot outside... My point, we went on a little field trip. Ingeborg, Christoffer, Daniel and I, all the way to the soccer field. Ingeborg and Daniel ran through it and Ingeborg won. We also checked out the football field and Ingeborg and I had these scary thoughts about a mad man working there... We got really scared!



Tomorrow is Boston time. Buses leaves at 8:30 AM and then we're going to spend the entire day i Boston, by ourself.

I also forgot to tell you guys that on Monday it was karaoke night. That was weird, fun and extremely embarrassing... hehe

Since I now have a camera I can put out photos instead of writing all sorts of boring stuff...

Day by day. Hour by hour... Soon this thing is off.
No more camp, no more Norway. And then, no more friends...
You need friends to function, right? So, I do have some of those here (well, at least I like to think so)
and in less then two weeks, I won't see them anymore.
And I think that's sad, because even though I've just known them for a couple of days I really like them... :D

Now I have this weird feeling, 'cause Christoffer is sitting right beside me and he's reading my blog. I am having so much fun writing it, but I don't like people to read it. Hmm... funny that.

Today's activity is....... (drumroll !) SHOPPING !
Aah, that should be fun... heh :S
I think I'm only gonna shop a new suitcase or maybe some souvenirs and then sit and watch the funny people walking buy.
Hopefully someone will join me :D

The only thing to tell about today is... that we had classes today. English, Issues in America, Life in America & History. And I'm telling you, it's not fun. We only talk in most of them, but still, school is never going to be fun.

the blogging life...

I didn't think I would have anything to blog about, and especially not so much. If you're reading this, you are probably gonna read the other happenings too and yesterday was a chill day and I didn't do anything actually, but still I wrote a lot.
Today's not done yet and I've got a lot of things going on...

Ingeborg, Marie and I started "The Bryant University Drinking Team". It was at lunch time and I figured out that I wanted to check out the soda and juice. 16 different drinks at total, including root beer, coke, diet coke, cherry coke, kiwi juice, orange juice, lemon juice etc...
We gave the drinks numbers and grades, but Marie who wrote it all forgot her papers, so I have to write all the comments in here another day... Maybe tomorrow :P

Yesterdays friend was Ingeborg. Today it is Marie Claire. Right now I also found Line.
I saved Line when we were boarding in Paris... I guess I was her hero for that day :D
At this moment Line and I are the only one looking athletic. Everyone's wearing slippers or flip-flops, but we're wearing sporty shoes. If we wanted we could just go for a run, right away...
I though Ingeborg and I was the only freaks, but it seems like Marie and Line are some sorts of freaks too.. That's why I like'em.

We scared some people yesterday. Ingeborg and I. Christoffer met a girl and a boy from Austria and I really scared them off. Or, I think maybe the girl didn't get as scared as the boy, but who cares..? I know I wrote a lot yesterday, but right now I figured out that I didn't mention the funny stuff.
Christoffer, Ingeborg, the two from Austria and I wanted to go and find the baseball court, but on the way we met some old ladies. We asked them when the curfew time was and they told us that since it was Sunday and some people hadn't arrived yet, the curfew time wasn't that seriously that night... so we just kept walking. And after a while of walking we met some other EF staff people and they started to yell at us, telling us that it was beyond curfew time and so we had to run to our rooms... 'night...

I told Ingeborg that I was going to eat breakfast with her today, since I usually don't do that. And then this morning I didn't want breakfast, so I just kept on sleeping... Poor her, she was waiting for me for half an hour or so... But I promised her that tomorrow, we are going to eat breakfast. So we could check out the rest of the drinks. Milk types and hot drinks... That should be fun...

Now I'm blogging too much again and Ingeborg is a bit mad at me. So, have to go and I'll write more when I have the time... :D

First whole day's gone...

Now the first day at camp is gone... Soon 9 PM and it's time for some real updates...

Since I don't have a camera, and Ingeborg does...

Last night we arrived at 6/7 PM and we had traveled for almost 20 hours so after some discovery tour here and some food I vent to bed really early, or it was about 10 PM... When I vent to bed I was all alone and then I woke up early this morning at 6 and then it was this girl sleeping in the other bed... in my room... Here name is Sara, she's from Germany and her English is not so good. (Sorry if you're reading this...)

The flight was OK. The first one, from Oslo was an hour late. My luggage was overweight and it got really ruined by the airline...
Since you don't know anyone you start to talk to "stranger". Everyone's afraid of doing this all alone...
Only on the flights I got to know Joergen, Lars, Martin, Malene, Cecilia & Christoffer...
(I have to mention them here, so I don't forget their names.)
Today, I haven't spoke to one of them :S or wait, I spoke some words with Christoffer on the way over here to the library.
(Joergen forgot his visa papers, so when we arrived in Paris he had to fly back to Norway to pick'em up. Poor kid.)

I don't eat breakfast, and I haven't done it since 4th grade, but today I made a deal with Ingeborg... Tomorrow I'm eating breakfast.
The cafeteria is insane and food even more insane. They've got soda and some crazy colored drinks, ice cream, pizza, french fries, sausages, hamburgers, donuts, sandwiches, salad and some fruit... And that was only for lunch. For dinner they added pasta, chicken and rice. Ingeborg and Kristin told me that lunch was the same as breakfest, so, that's why we made a deal. Salad, fruit and soda for breakfast. Almost like heaven + some extra pounds.

And I have already mentioned Ingeborg... Ingeborg and I rule this camp. We're the only cool people here. The only cool freaks.
Half of the people hate us and the rest wish they were our friends :D
Ingeborg is from Toensberg almost, so we didn't live far away from each other at home. And now she's going to Ohio and I'm going to Wisconsin, so we're not going to be far away their either. Haha, that's cool. Especially since we only met this morning. She was sitting in the lobby with her roommate when I came down and then I sat my butt in the chair beside them...


Too long and boring blog, but sucks for you... I'm OK with it and since it's my experiences I want to hold on to the memories...

Finally I'm in America....

I've left all of my friends and my entire family in Norway
and it's really not as weird as it should be...

Currently I'm staying at Bryant University, making new friends...
Not in the mood for blogging now, just had to update a little bit.

And this is my new friend I just found... Haha :P

Today has been hot. I spend 10 hours at the beach
(TEN HOURS, the entire day, full time), and the result?
...Pain in my butt! And I look like a pig, or tomato...
(something red and round at least.)

Today we had a full-day math test, it went well. I think though...
Tomorrow's the english test, and then there is the norwegian test.
Thursdag and Friday are free soo thats very very nice... ;D
(that's was a lot of 'T' -starts... :P )

My scooter is not working nowadays and it sucks.
Now that we're having a lot of freetime @ school.
After this week there's nothing left of school and then I'm leaving for USA ;D

It's taking forever. 89 days. 61 days. 59 days. 52 days.
Feels like the times is running away at the same time it feels like it has stopped.

8 weeks

Having some left over spare time, using it here at my so-called blog ;D Have a nice day guys.

Only 8 weeks 'till my bestfriend and I are going to see Billy Talent. Again!
If it's anything like last year it's gonna be amazing.


An other exciting thing, only 13 weeks till I'm leaving Norway, but before that Hovefestivalen with some awsome artists this year.
